Annie Cabigting's "Hanging Painting" is a reflection
and investigation on how people view, observe and
interact with a painting. One work reveals a pair of
hands, with a digit missing, hanging an artwork which
features a complete, open hand-an exercise in subtle
whimsicality and full-bodied wit. Self-reflexive in
its stance and celebratory in its appeal, the exhibit
cleverly delves through the nature of perception.
