Lyra Garcellano presents her second solo exhibition in Singaore, entitled Indelible, which opens on March 31st.

"Some personal or collective experiences recent or long past are so vivid in our minds that they sometimes feel like they leave imprints on our skin. Like resitdual feelings, layers of memories mark our bodies with maps of what used to be. Some are physicaly visible, like scars; some are phantom reminders of a sensation, an ache, like muscle memories." - Lyra Garcellano

In this exhibition, Garcellano paints indelible memories, the spaces and figures in her imagery merging and dissociating at certain points. The impact of an experience may not always be measurable - somtimes it isus who are enexorbably changed, ; other times it is the spaces that we leave behind that never seem the same.
